Kareena Deol is a fourth-year student from Raleigh, N.C. studying Psychology & Sociology at North Carolina State University. Kareena is a research assistant and content creator at the Mindset Lab at NC State interested in the complexities of the human mind. She strives to understand mental health and how to create better, more engaging messaging that is accessible about an aspect of health commonly misunderstood. This year, she is the logistics chair of Nirvair, the Sikh Student Association on campus. In her free time, Kareena likes to hike, play her saxophone, and find new podcasts.
